Terminal A:  You will need to go to the baggage claim, which is on the ground level.  Go to the right end of the terminal to the limousine parking area.  You will recognize your chauffeur, because he/she will be holding a sign with your name. 

If for some reason you do not see your chauffeur, first check with the attendant at the information booth at the limousine stand, which is outside of the terminal.  Please do not take alternate transportation. Then call our 800-216-0003 number.
